Returns Policy, Warranty & Damaged Goods in Transit


Goods may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. We may only exchange or offer a refund for goods (including bikes, apparel and accessories) which have not been used, ridden or worn in any way and must be returned in its original packaging. Online purchases must be returned at the purchaser's expense unless the goods have been identified by us as faulty or damaged. Refunds do not include freight charges (free shipping items included). All goods inc bikes are checked and tuned prior to packing and shipping.

All goods shipped carry transit insurance and a ltd warranty. If goods arrive faulty or damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to make the necessary arrangements for us to repair or replace the goods. NB damages must be reported WITH DETAILED PHOTOS to us within 48 hours so that we may lodge a future claim with our factory, or the applicable freight carriers transit insurance.
