Got questions?
Q. Is everything on sale?
All bikes. Sale items are marked with a Save badge and the discount is already applied, no code needed.
Q. Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by 10th of Dec for standard delivery before Christmas. Remote areas can take longer, so earlier is better.
Q. Does the bike come assembled?
Bikes arrive about 80% assembled. You'll fit the handlebars, pedals and front wheel. It's a 30–45 minute job with basic tools.
Q. How does VIP early access work?
Sign up with your email above. At 6pm AEST on Sunday 1st of November we email you a private VIP code that unlocks Black Friday pricing a few days before everyone else.
Q. Can I use other discount codes?
Black Friday prices can't be combined with other codes.
Q. Can I pay it off?
Yes, Shop Pay instalments and PayPal are available at checkout.
